"I had a cable company punch out one of my vents in my house to run cable. They made a hole big enough to allow rats to get into my crawl space. Bug Busters came out and stated the treatment and found the hole in the vent. Now I have spent days on the phone with the cable company to make them repair it. I have been promised 4 different times that someone would be here to repair it and they never show up. Bug Busters is due to do their last service to make sure the rats are gone and the house is secure but I have had to delay them because of the cable company promising but never delivering. Bug Busters has been very understanding with my situation and are willing to wait for the cable company to repair the damage to insure the home is secure. The best part is, all I have to do is call once, and Bug Busters accommodates my very need with out a hassle. It is so nice to find a company that stands behind what they say and are so easy to work with.
